DELIVERY INFORMATION
Worship Chairs is pleased to offer delivery of our products nationwide using a variety of methods. For much of the East Coast, we can offer delivery on our trucks, direct to your church facility. Our Free Delivery Services are available to select areas when you order a minimum number of chairs or other products (contact your sales representative for details).
Our Free Delivery Services are offered primarily on our trucks to select states: PA, MD, DE, DC, VA, WV, NC, SC, GA, AL, MS, KY, IL, OH, TN and IN. Some additional nearby areas may also be offered. In order to provide this service to you at no cost, we have to schedule our trucks so they run with a full load. Normally this means that your delivery truck will be scheduled in advance in 2-4 weeks from your order. This allows us to utilize efficient methods of delivery and provide this service without cost to you. If you are in need of faster delivery, contact your sales representative for other options.
We also utilize a number of truck services to bring your chairs and church products. These include LTL services (less than truckload) by national and regional freight lines, Specialty Carriers (such as furniture delivery services) and Dedicated Freight Carriers (who bring up to a full tractor trailer load to your location.
In all cases, our customers are asked to provide help to complete the delivery as follows:
We kindly request that you have strong volunteers available to help unload and bring inside / set up your chairs. We send one driver with each truck. If it is our truck, our driver will help unload and assist while he is there. If we are using an LTL or Specialty carrier, these services (by their very nature) only offer tailgate service, which means that the driver will assist in getting the chairs off the tailgate, and church members will need to bring them in. We recommend that you order a chair dolly or two to assist in moving the stacks of chairs inside, and for your use when moving the chairs to clean floors, or rearrange the chairs.
We also ask that you inspect the furniture carefully while the driver is present. Be sure to note any damages on the delivery ticket while the driver is there, or you will lose any rights to replacements or repairs you may find later.
If you make notes on the delivery ticket as to any damage, we will be able to provide replacements or repairs (at our discretion) quickly.
